Message	bearing before you final tighten the pressure plate bolts. If it's not seated all the way into the bearing the input shaft will never line up. Tighten the pressure plate a little at a time and make sure the alignment tool doesn't slip out of the bearing. If you're using a needle bearing like the Nismo, your alignment needs to be perfect when you stab the tranny or you will destroy the bearing. It only takes a little off center bump to dislodge the needles. A bushing, on the other hand, is much more forgiving of installation abuse.
